NAI Harcourts has experienced a year of very strong growth in Australia over the last 12 months, with a total of 11 new locations established across the country.

Over 2014, the company established 12 new offices in Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland.

CEO NAI Harcourts, Richard Laery attributes this success to the industry knowledge and client-focused service NAI Harcourts professionals bring to the commercial real estate industry to help their clients succeed.

“I believe our growth stems from having local experts, who know the areas they operate in well, paired with an international team that has access to global resources,” Mr Laery said.

Growth in the world of commercial real estate has been on the rise in Australia, with NAI Harcourts seeing their written value increasing by 98% in the past 12 months, with the business involved in over 1700 transactions during this period.

With commercial, retail and industrial investment yields tipped to drop over 2015, NAI Harcourts are very confident of continued growth across Australia.

Mr Laery commented that the opportunity for NAI Harcourts continued growth is very exciting.

“The market is well placed and we see a very strong year ahead with strong investment and development growth forecast for 2015 in the commercial and industrial markets.

“We expect to see a lot happening in these markets over 2015, with increasing interest from foreign investors, new construction figures holding strong, and a relatively stable legislative environment,” said Mr Laery.
